Responsibilities:
New Patient Registration:
- Guarantee accurate demographic and billing details for all new patient appointments.
- Effectively relay appointment information and office policies to new patients.
- Ensure prompt completion of all new patient forms prior to initial appointments.
Front Office Tasks:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, gathering necessary information for proper routing.
- Efficiently check in patients.
- Facilitate walk-in appointments.
- Process patient check-outs and schedule follow-up appointments.
