Provide geographical information systems support to the private and public sectors.
Provide consulting services in fields including resource development and management, business location and market area analysis, utilities network analysis, environmental, transportation and urban planning.
Providing services for designing of geographical information systems architecture and developing cross platform applications.
Provide geographical information systems expertise and perform tasks in product development initiatives.
Gather and compile geographic data from sources including censuses, field observations, satellite imagery, aerial photographs, and existing maps.
Develop, operate, and maintain geographical information (GIS) computer systems, including hardware, software, plotters, digitizers, printers, and video cameras.
Create and modify maps, graphs, or diagrams, using geographical information software and related equipment, and principles of cartography such as coordinate systems, longitude, latitude, elevation, topography, and map scales.
Masters or its foreign equivalent in Geographical Information Systems or related field.
One year experience in the position offered. Experience to include experience with modelling Geo-processing services with ESRI extension tools Network Analyst, Spatial Analyst and 3d Analyst. Experience with Web and Mobile applications development experience, Microsoft .NET, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, WCF, SQL Server, Java, Android and iOS for desktop, GIS APIs /SDKs such as ESRI JavaScript API,ESRI Flex API and ESRI Mobile SDKs for Android and iOS.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
