Develop full life-cycle object oriented application software
Support and enhance existing applications (includes Oracle Customer Care and Billing), including analysis, design of applications specifications, development of programming using java, j2ee and Oracle Customer and Billing (Maintenance Object MO, Business Object BO, Business Service BS, Service Script, BPA Script and Oracle Utilities Application Framework)
Facilitate requirements elicitation and prioritization.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to creation of detailed implementation road map based on the prioritized requirements.
Consultation, documentation, communication, and coordination of projects from concept evaluation to production roll out with good development practices and software development life cycle methodologies throughout product development
Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation
Work with support team and project stake holders to meet the application deliverables
Conduct code walkthroughs, integration testing and data conversion activities
Develop and maintain proficiency in utilizing technical and analytical tools to give optimally to management and business
Work using Java, CC&B batch programs and algorithms, BOs, MOs, BS, UI Maps, Zones, Portal using oracle utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and configuration tools.
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri, F/T, 40 hrs per week
Two years experience in the position offered or as a Programmer Analyst or as Technical Architect. One year of the two years of experience must include experience using java, CC&B batch programs and algorithms, BOs, MOs, BS, UI Maps, Zones, Portal using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and configuration tools.
Position requires Certified Scrum Master and IBM Certified Solution Developer.
Associate's Degree (or its foreign equivalent) in any subject
