Graphic Artist

Established, very small advertising firm has immediate, full-time opening for a very creative graphic designer. Designer will be responsible for designing advertising collateral for the multi-housing industry. Candidate will be required to create several paid, free-lance projects and then hired on a contract basis for the first six weeks. We are located in Winter Springs with plans to move to the Dr. Phillips/Orlando area within 60 days.
Requirements
Work in Mac Environment
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Ability to develop advertising materials from layout to completed, visually appealing and effective design
Candidate must be very creative and have the ability to create appealing, innovative and modern designs
Present an outstanding portfolio, preferably an exhaustive portfolio that would showcase designs created for printed materials

Must Have
Extremely creative, naturally talented, present online portfolio
Strong work ethic, no social site adventures or phone use at the desk
Strong work initiative and a desire to add value to company
Take directions easily and have the ability to maintain a positive attitude during design process as well as at all times
Attention to detail, extremely accurate, deadline-driven and be able to multi-task

Bonus - We prefer a creative artist more than one with web design or coding skills but that would be a small bonus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
